We are pleased to provide the following hardware and sofware maintenance
contracts available for firewall servers purchased from En.Gen. All servers purchased include 90 day setup and software/technical support.

Hardware:
$99/year per server.
Next business day onsite service within the U.S.
Software/Technical Support Annual Option:
$199/year per server.
Maximum 3 incidents per year.
Software/Technical Support Per Incident:
$85 per incident.
All Software/Tech Support options include:
4 Hour response time.
Including Telephone, Email, Modem, or Internet access
